Nasal Sculpting
This woman had very prominent nasal bones and cartilage which made the nose very masculine. By reshaping the bones and cartilages, I was able to refine her nose, restore facial harmony and achieve a more feminine look. Fat grafts were place to her face to restore volume loss in her face. As a result, she was able to achieve a refreshed look.
